It’s been about five months and the Bowers Residences team in South Salt Lake, UT, has seen some great progress on their project.
In early 2021, the owners of Bowers Residences awarded the project to Zwick Construction after another general contractor completed the podium/parking garage. We officially began the project a few months later, in November 2021.
The Zwick team has faced some interesting challenges taking over this project. Even with any challenges, the team has moved forward and made great progress. Currently, teams are wood framing, metal-stud framing, and installing rough-MEP on floors 3-7.
At its completion, Bowers Residences will have 236 units (ranging in size from studio to three-bedrooms). Residents will have access to a gym, yoga/dance studio, conference rooms, common areas, workspaces, spa, bocce ball court, green areas with patios, lounges, and more.
