As we welcome in a new year, we can look back on 2025 and see a year full of opportunities and challenges. 2025 was a successful year for Zwick Construction, due to the efforts of each employee. We started and completed projects, learned together, served alongside each other, and celebrated successes.
Since January 2025, our teams have turned over many impressive projects, such as Chartway Credit Union Cedar City, Coyote Landing, Foothill Village, Heber Storage, the Lindon Utah Temple, the Yorba Linda California Temple, Intermountain Health remodels, Ike’s Sandwiches, and many more.
We also began building notable projects like the Prince of Peace Lutheran School addition, The Children’s Center Utah, GEM Apartments, Pioneer Retail, Warm Springs III, and others.

At our annual corporate meeting in April, Darin Zwick announced our ten-year strategic plan. During the event, we also recognized Kathy Tolboe as Zwick’s 2024 Core Value Award recipient.
2025 wasn’t just a year of all work though. On many occasions, our teams got together to have some fun. We made friends at the trade partner outreach event in August, enjoyed Halloween chili cook-offs in October, donated hundreds of service hours and supplies in September, celebrated the holidays in December, and gathered for barbecues throughout the year.
Because of the balance of work and play, Zwick Construction was awarded a Top Workplace by the Salt Lake Tribune for the fourth year in a row. This is a huge accomplishment and represents each individual’s commitment to creating a healthy culture.
Speaking of awards, the Yorba Linda California team was also awarded for their excellence as “2024 Safe Project of the Year” and the @Home Best Western team was awarded the 2025 award. This honor is given for consistent safe practices through monthly safety audits.
While 2025 has been a great year, we’re looking forward to more exciting work in 2026. Our teams are expected to turn over several projects and break ground on even more projects.
Thanks for making our 18th year in operation a wonderful one! We hope to take the valuable lessons learned into the new year and beyond. Best wishes to everyone for a happy and successful 2026!
