Congratulations to the St. George Zwick Construction team who wrapped up an expedited project for Mountain America Credit Union last month. This project represents one of many we have completed for the institution.
This project, located in Cedar City, UT, included improvements and replacements of various concrete features at the site. Specifically, the team replaced parts of the sidewalk, parking lot, and ATM/drive-up window lanes. Their work also resolved prior drainage issues and improved ADA access to the building.
With the project sitting between Main Street and 400 West, both heavily-trafficked roads, the team had to coordinate closely with UDOT and the city to ensure that traffic was only minimally affected by construction activities, especially because their work required one lane of traffic to be closed for nearly three weeks. Through close coordination, the team was still able to keep the credit union totally functional for the duration of the project.
To the owners’ surprise and delight, this project was delivered one-week ahead of schedule.
