The project team at Summit Vista Senior Community is excited to welcome another group of new residents to their recently completed project, Building 1.5.
This newest building features 105 luxury units (21 units per floor) with unique layouts and sizes. Each unit has a balcony and access to underground parking. This building is connected to every other building at the community, giving residents quick access to a clubhouse, pool, restaurant, healthcare, and more.
While in the majority of ways, Building 1.5 is the same as the other four residential buildings this team and our JV partner has delivered over the years, this project featured panelized walls, which the project engineer called a “great improvement” to the schedule. The harsh, long winter 2023 accounted for almost a month of lost time, but largely due to those panelized walls and a combined effort from the team, they were able to make up that lost month.
