Looking back on sunnier and warmer times, we’d like to congratulate the St. George-based team who delivered Coyote Landing Clubhouse and outdoor amenities in April of last year.

As the superintendent explained, “Coyote Landing went really well, including our relationship with the owner.”

Coyote Landing, located in Santa Clara, UT, includes a clubhouse, lap pool, hot tub, and several pickleball courts. Within the interior of the clubhouse, the walls feature artwork from a California graffiti hobbyist-turned artist that reflects the local environment.

Looking back on sunnier and warmer times, we’d like to congratulate the St. George-based team who delivered Coyote Landing Clubhouse and outdoor amenities in April of last year.

Although this team was only hired to build phase one of the project, they also completed the underground piping for a future phase of the project which will include additional pools and water slides.

Early into construction, this project team faced challenges. Namely, the drawing set they received was an outdated set. This required major changes in construction and resubmitting the set to the city for approval–a process which pushed the project back a few months.

Moreover, the team also encountered significant amounts of groundwater several feet higher than expected. Working with the geotechnical engineer, they redesigned the surge tank to be much wider than deep. They also spent weeks removing the flowing groundwater.

Working through these and additional challenges, the team was able to turn over a high-quality project to the delighted owner.

Thanks to the team for representing Zwick Construction so well.
