A Focus on the Ford Building TI Project

Originally built in 1928, the Ford Building in downtown Salt Lake City, UT has been used by various companies throughout the years. Many of the areas within the building were remodeled in the 1980s. Late last year, the new owners hired Zwick Construction to again remodel a small portion of the building–around 4,000 SF–for a future tenant. The objective of this tenant improvement project was the modernize the space.

The project began with teams demolishing the existing furnishings and walls, then installing new floors and paint.

Although this was a relatively small project, the team gave it the utmost attention and focus. Because of their dedication, the project was not only delivered more than three weeks early.
