Over the past few years, the Zwick Construction Salt Lake City Office and St. George Office have both partnered with Mountain View Mechanical LLC, a northern Utah-based company that specializes in HVAC.
Mountain View Mechanical has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years, working both on commercial and residential new construction, service, and change-out jobs. The company originally operated under the name “Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning,” but re-established itself as “Mountain View Mechanical LLC” in 2018 in an effort to grow toward commercial construction interests.

Mountain View Mechanical has successfully delivered numerous commercial and residential projects including multifamily apartments, office complexes, and single family homes. Since the official founding, they have come to specialize in multifamily, hospitality, office, and warehouse projects.
