One year ago in April 2019, Zwick Construction turned over the 770 So. Harbor Apartments in Fullerton, CA to the owners, PLC Apartments. This welcoming complex provides housing for hundreds of residents with the 142-units available.
The Zwick team began the project in September 2016. They had to demolish several existing structures. Following, they built four separate buildings on the tight site: two Type VA over Type I structures, one pool-area structure, and one stand-alone parking structure. The two apartment structures are four-stories tall atop underground parking. The parking garage allows for 152-stalls, totaling 272-stalls throughout the entire complex.
In the apartment complex, seven units were designed specifically as live-work units to accommodate certain residents. Common areas in the complex include a club room with a kitchen, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and a fitness room. Additionally, there is a pool/spa and a dog park with a dog-wash station.
Residents have responded that they enjoy living at the complex. Many have given the complex five stars in reviews. As always, congratulations to the Zwick Construction team who delivered such a valuable project.
