This medical plaza, strategically located next to the Riverton Hospital, is home to the practice of several OB/GYN doctors who wanted to extend their practice from the walls of the hospital.

The Clinic includes a large waiting and reception area, exam rooms, medical assistant stations, conference rooms, a break room, offices, and support spaces. Exam rooms were placed in the middle of the building to provide extra privacy to patients while they are being examined. Public spaces and offices are along the perimeter of the building, to allow access to the natural light from the outside. The main floor is currently shell space for three future tenants and the OB/GYN doctors are on the second floor.
