Formerly a scope cleaning room and a small breakroom, the space was demolished and expanded to combine both rooms, creating a larger breakroom, totaling 535 SF.
 

During demolition, the project team gutted the finishes, ceilings, MEPs, and adjusted sprinklers. Additionally, this remodel called for med gas lines to be demolished, which required extensive coordination. That necessitated an after-hours completion. 
This remodel also required ICRA walls, negative air, and consistent cleaning to ensure patient experience was maintained. 

From start to finish, the project was completed on-time in three months.
