Wyndham opened a new property in Park City, UT at The Canyons ski resort, and Zwick was hired to complete the tenant improvement and perform a remodel in two public spaces. The ski-in, ski-out location is adjacent to a high-speed gondola lift, separated only by a stone patio with overhead timber trellis.
Zwick completed the work while coordinating with on-site resort operations personnel, to minimize or eliminate the effects of remodel on guests as they enjoyed the adjacent resort amenities and rooms.
