Progress on 4900 Hollywood


The Zwick Construction team working on 4900 Hollywood just hit their half-way mark, with an estimated completion in June 2021. 4900 Hollywood will be a mixed-use apartment complex. Spanning over 1.53 acres, it will provide 150 luxury units along with 13,800 SF retail space on the ground level. Additionally, below that level will be two levels of underground parking. Other amenities include a rooftop pool and spa, fitness center, and a pet care center. Early into the project, the team ran into some unexpected rainfall that pushed the project back; however, they were able to work hard and progress notwithstanding. Across the street from 4900 Hollywood is 4850 Hollywood, another Zwick Construction project that began in November 2019. It is owned by the same company that owns 4900 Hollywood, LaTerra Development, LLC. Both of these properties are located in Los Feliz, one of the trendiest submarkets of Los Angeles. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping centers, hospitals, parks, and more, and is visible to the famous Hollywood sign.
