With the Wyndham WorldMark Moab project being as large as it is, at any given time, many subcontractors are onsite working on the project. Because of that, the Zwick St. George team provided an appreciation dinner for those subcontractors. In total, there were around 60 individuals from nine different subcontractor firms.
Dinner included smoked brisket, ribs, and pork. The site was filled with smells of smoked meat all day due to smoking the meat onsite starting at 5:00 am and was ready by 5:00 pm.
