In early March, the Zwick Construction Irvine Office relocated to their new office space at Discovery Park Irvine. This TI project and subsequent move was the result of a large collaborative process and represents the growth of the Irvine Office over the past several years.
The new office space, located on the first floor of the building, features a conference room, reception area, kitchen, storage, three offices, and open workspaces. In total, the new space is about three times the size of the previous office. The Irvine Office expects to grow into this space over the next ten years.
The interior of the office is fashioned to complement the design of the Salt Lake City and St. George Offices, featuring large glass walls and ample natural lighting. In fact, during preconstruction, the project team removed two offices to ensure that significant natural lighting reaches all areas of the office.
In addition to the attractive interiors, the Discovery Park building also offers various outdoor amenities to tenants, such as large patios with TVs, fridges, cornhole, bocce ball, outdoor workspaces, and more.
Since the building was originally completed in 2019, most units were already occupied by companies during this TI project. Because of that, the project team had to be mindful of noise levels. During several phases of construction, they had to work after hours.
Congratulations on an exciting delivery!
