Completed in early 2019, this mixed-use condo and townhouse development is located in the heart of Redondo Beach.
The One South project has 30 high-end units just behind the retail space that sits right on the Pacific Coast Highway. Toward the back of the project, there are 22 townhomes with a galley courtyard running between the two rows of homes.
The residential piece of the project sits on top of a below-grade, concrete parking level, and the retail piece sits on grade.
This project came to Zwick by a referral from another developer with whom they have worked. At the time of bid, Zwick was the higher bidder; however, the owner chose to work with Zwick because of the value he saw. During an expedited Value Engineering phase, Zwick worked with the owner to hit his budget, and broke ground shortly thereafter.
