Irvine Marriott Entry Renovation
Owner: SCS Advisors

Contract Value: $1.3M
The Irvine Marriott Front Entry Renovation consisted of complete demolition and reconstruction to the immediate main entry of the hotel, as well as enhancements to the landscape, hardscape, and parking areas in the adjacent areas.
The center piece is a poured in place concrete water feature with a pre-cast concrete cap. The 6’ high water feature is curved in shape, with 6” high steps down the battered face which the water cascades down, enhancing visual and acoustical aspects. Additional upgrades feature extensive landscape enhancements, including eight 25’ date palms incorporated into the brick paver driveways servicing the guest valet / drop off area, located directly in front of the hotel entrance.
Other notable accents include landscape and water feature lighting, decorative fencing, decretive concrete hardscape, a radius concrete bench, three new 35’ flagpoles, new asphalt paving and striping, Tesla vehicle charging stations, ADA upgrades to the existing parking lot and painting of the hotel’s main entrance.
