This podium multifamily project is a mixed-use apartment development in Hollywood, CA, consisting of a seven-level building with two levels of Type I parking below grade, one level of Type I at street level with 13,800 SF commercial retail space and parking. Other amenities include a roof top pool and spa, fitness center, pet care center, and four levels of 150 type III residential apartments. The property spans over 1.53 acres.

Across the street from 4900 Hollywood is 4850 Hollywood, another Zwick Construction project that began in November 2019. It is owned by the same company that owns 4900 Hollywood. The mixed-use complex will consist of an eight-level building with two levels of Type I parking below grade and one level of Type I at street level. There will be five levels of 96 type III residential apartments and amenities including a second-floor pool and fitness center.
