ZWICK THROUGH THE YEARS
Since its establishment in 1969, Zwick Construction has become a robust commercial construction company having completed projects, large and small, in nearly every industry. Click below to learn more about some of the important founding dates of our company:
Originally established in 1969 by Bill Zwick, Zwick Construction has grown and developed over the years. Craig Zwick took over the company in 1978. Finally, in 2007 Darin Zwick (the current President and CEO) purchased the company from Craig.


Bill Zwick establishes Zwick Construction Company in 1969.
1969
Zwick dissolves while Craig Zwick accepts a full-time, volunteer position for his church.
1989

Zwick Construction expands into California, completing several projects in the area.
2013

SLC Fire Station 14, a Zwick project, was awarded the national "Best Project" by ENR.
2020
1978
Craig Zwick buys Zwick from his father Bill and begins running the company.
2007

After 18 years, Darin Zwick re-opens Zwick, purchasing it from his father Craig.
2019

Zwick expands into Southern Utah, opening an office in St. George, UT.

THREE GENERATIONS
