Zwick built this freestanding restaurant in a new commercial development surrounded by class-A office space and other retail buildings.
This project sits on an EPA Superfund site flagged with potential soil contamination. We placed demarcation fabric separating the clean soil from the nearby contaminated soil and were successful in keeping the site uncontaminated. Due to the soils issue and tight sight, our construction activities had to be coordinated with those of the surrounding tenants.
This project went very smoothly; Zwick completed this project ahead of planned schedule and on budget.
