VICE PRESIDENT, PRECONSTRUCTION
Eric has broad experience in providing estimating services throughout all phases of construction and is especially skilled at preconstruction planning and estimating. His knowledge base includes conceptual estimating, construction cost estimating, life cycle cost evaluation, constructability analysis, bid package writing, value design and value engineering, quantity surveys and contract administration.
As Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating, he manages a staff of specialists who are highly-skilled at determining costs, calculating values and presenting options. During the preconstruction phase, owners and architects appreciate Eric’s concise and clear input, enabling informed decisions regarding cost, schedule and methods.
Eric is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Construction Management.
