CHIEF OF SCHEDULING

Chance has years of in-field experience of structural concrete from multifamily, commercial, and industrial construction. Chance utilizes his extensive background and the program P6 to perform CPM scheduling and maintain momentum on several jobs at a time.

His skillset allows him to create overall estimated duration from start to finish of a project, sequencing of construction activities, live updates with team on site, submittals and procurement evaluation, pull planning, monthly executive reports, resource loading, activity coding, and knowledge of anything that may impact the critical path of the schedule throughout the project.
