Carl Petersen
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Carl has managed some of Zwick’s largest and most difficult projects. He consistently invests time and resources into understanding industry technology and management methods which will return success to the owner, architect, and subcontractors. As a project manager, Carl is primarily responsible for ensuring the budget and schedule are kept to the original agreement. Carl has a deep familiarity with many types of construction.
During his time, he has delivered complex projects, like the Wyndham World-Mark Moab resort, the Cedar City UT Temple, the Marriott Advenire Hotel, several buildings at Utah Tech University and Southern Utah University, and more.
Before coming to Zwick Construction, Carl worked at JPI. He began his time at Zwick Construction in the Salt Lake City Office, but eventually moved to Cedar City, UT to establish the St. George Office. Under his tutelage and leadership, the division has been extremely successful, delivering projects of all types and contract amounts.
