This TI and buildout project is located in Downtown Salt Lake City, on the 16th floor of the city’s newest high-rise office building, the 111.
The building’s unique structural design created no bearing exterior walls, allowing for full-height windows and no pillars. Similar to each buildout within the high-rise, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed above the concrete floor, within interstitial space below a modular finished floor system.
The architect and owner introduced high-end finishes and lighting to the project, which required close coordination with all trades to meet the scheduled completion.
