Brookfield Clubhouse Celebrates Grand Opening

In early October, the St. George Office celebrated the Grand Opening of the Brookfield Apartments Clubhouse. It features a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s room, lounge and patio, pool, hot tub, and several grilling stations. The clubhouse acts as a gathering space for the residents of the Brookfield Community in St. George, UT. Zwick Construction has been building the Brookfield project since Summer 2020.
