This podium multifamily project began construction in March 2019, with a 23-month schedule. It is a mixed-use apartment development in Hollywood, CA, consisting of a seven-level building with two levels of Type I parking below grade, one level of Type I at street level with commercial retail space and parking. Other amenities include a roof top pool and spa, fitness center, pet care center, and four levels of 150 type III residential apartments.
